I forgot my Guild Wars character name - Guild Wars Forums

I haven't played Guild Wars since early December. Before I could just log in with my username and password. Now I try logging in, it is asking me for my character name. I haven't played for so long, I forgot. I try contacting them, but all they give me is automated answers, not my character name. What should I do? I can't find any number to call them.

you should ba able to send a support ticket with your info and problem and should be able to help you out

Don't you have any screen shots? Do you do backups of your PC? Wouldn't they be in there, or you just don't have any screen shots?

You should have tried clicking the "what's this?" on the log-in screen. It would have pointed you to this page with this answer:

They should be able to help you out if you can produce a serial key to one of the campaigns tied to your account.
